Contentious Trusts & Private Wealth Disputes Associate — London

Senior associate-level opportunity within a London-based contentious trusts and private wealth disputes team. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals, trustees and executors on contested trusts, probate challenges and related fiduciary disputes across domestic and cross-border matters.

The team handles court applications, settlement negotiations and complex litigation strategy. You will work closely with senior lawyers on case management, drafting pleadings and witness evidence, and may be involved in advocacy and client-facing meetings.

• Relevant UK qualification (solicitor/advocate) with demonstrable experience in contentious trusts, probate and private wealth disputes.
• Strong litigation skills: drafting court documents, evidence, and case strategy.

• Excellent written and oral advocacy, time management and commercial judgment.
