Contract/Staff Attorney — Structured Credit (New York)

Short-term Contract or Staff Attorney role supporting a structured credit/securitization team in the firm’s New York office. The team works on securitizations, structured finance transactions and related capital markets matters.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on drafting experience with offering documents and indentures and be able to work efficiently in Microsoft Word on document-intensive transactions. This is a practice-focused role offering exposure to large-scale finance matters within a well-established capital markets practice.

• 1 62 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, securitization or structured finance
• Practical experience drafting or revising offering documents and indentures
• Admitted and in good standing to practice in New York
• Strong word-processing skills (Microsoft Word); comfortable with document-heavy workflows
