Corporate Associate (1-2 yrs) — Palo Alto

Growing corporate practice in Palo Alto seeks a junior associate with 1–2 years of transactional experience to join a technology- and life‑sciences‑focused team. The role involves supporting financings, mergers & acquisitions and routine corporate matters for high-growth companies, investors and other stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have solid exposure to venture capital, emerging growth company work and M&A, gained at a national or international law firm. The team offers structured training, collaborative deal teams and a full suite of employee benefits.

• Juris Doctor and active bar admission (or ability to become admitted)
• 1–2 years of corporate transactional experience (venture capital, emerging growth, and/or M&A)
• Experience at a national or international law firm preferred
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and deal-management skills
