Corporate Associate (3–6 years)

A preeminent international law firm seeks a Corporate Associate with 3–6 years of transactional experience to join its Boston office. As a key member of our nationally ranked corporate practice, you will handle commercial finance transactions and debt/equity capital markets matters, with the opportunity to manage deals and take independent responsibility for documentation.

• 3–6 years of corporate transactional experience, specifically in commercial finance transactions
• Strong working knowledge of debt and equity capital markets
• Ability to manage transactions and assume independent responsibility for documentation
• Top law firm experience preferred
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or eligibility to become admitted promptly)
