A global law firm is seeking a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join its Practice Innovation and Knowledge Solutions team, supporting US-based legal practices. This is a hybrid, full-time permanent role that can be based in Miami, New York, or New Jersey.

The successful candidate will shape how legal knowledge, training, and innovation are delivered across the firm's US practices, acting as a trusted adviser to legal teams and working closely with partners and senior stakeholders to drive quality, consistency, and client value.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and continuous improvement of model and template documents, checklists, prompt libraries, and core knowledge resources; designing and delivering high-impact legal training programmes for attorneys and clients; and coordinating knowledge initiatives aligned with practice group priorities and firm strategy.

The role also involves driving adoption of legal technology, including AI tools, to enhance legal delivery and efficiency, and collaborating with Business Development, IT, and Risk & Compliance on strategic firmwide initiatives.

Qualified attorney with significant post-qualification experience, typically 7–10+ years, gained in private practice
Experience as a Knowledge Lawyer or equivalent role, or a strong interest in transitioning into a knowledge and innovation role
Expertise in insurance law and litigation is preferred, but not required
Strong understanding of how knowledge, training, and innovation support high-performing legal teams and clients
