We are seeking an Of Counsel with excellent legal writing skills, particularly in pharmaceutical and medical device Daubert / Rule 702 motions practice, to join our Litigation group. This position is open to any of our U.S. offices.

In this role, you will review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda; communicate with clients; supervise associates; work with experts; assist with fact development and depositions; and help develop case strategy.

Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized school with strong academic credentials
Admission to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying (New York-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply)
8+ years of experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm
Science background required: MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology
Extensive experience writing briefs, including on Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Daubert issues
Experience with products liability litigation; pharmaceutical and medical device experience a plus
Strong analytical, writing, and research skills; attention to detail; good business judgment; organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively and independently; effective communication; conceptual thinking; ability to influence; and management skills
