Employment Litigation Associate (Mid-to-Senior)

Our client, a nationally recognized labor and employment practice, seeks a mid-to-senior associate with at least four years of employment litigation experience to join its San Francisco office. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-profile matters for a diverse client base, with a clear path to partnership and the support of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, with experience managing multiple litigation matters independently through all phases, from inception to resolution. Deposition and courtroom experience are preferred. Outstanding academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and California bar admission are required.
