Trial Associate

Our New York office seeks a litigation associate with one to three years of experience (including clerkships) to join a practice handling a mix of commercial, employment, trademark, and other intellectual property disputes.

This role offers exposure to all phases of litigation—from pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal—in federal and state courts as well as arbitration. You will gain hands-on experience in motion practice, depositions, oral advocacy, and trial work.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• One to three years of litigation and/or clerkship experience
• Interest in commercial, employment, trademark, and other IP litigation
• Desire to take on depositions, oral arguments, and substantive motion drafting
• New York bar admission or ability to promptly become admitted
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong academic credentials
