Corporate Associate — Corporate (New York)

Seeking a junior corporate associate to join a dynamic, internationally focused corporate practice in New York. The team advises entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and established companies, with particular strength representing technology, life sciences and other high-growth companies.

Typical matters include financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate work for public and private clients. The role is best suited to attorneys with 1–2 years of general corporate experience from a national or international law firm who want exposure to high-growth company transactions.

The expected annual pay range for this role is $225,000 - $260,000. The practice also offers a comprehensive benefits package, parental leave and other wellbeing supports.

• 1–2 years of corporate transactional experience (public and/or private company work)
• Experience on financings, M&A and general corporate matters involving high-growth or technology/life sciences clients
• Prior experience in the corporate group of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
