Growing corporate practice in Palo Alto seeks a junior associate with 1–2 years of experience to join a busy team advising entrepreneurs, investors, and high-growth companies. Work will focus on financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters across technology, life sciences and other growth sectors.

Ideal candidates will have experience at a national or international law firm and a strong academic record. Candidates coming off a clerkship or with under one year of experience should apply directly.
