National search for a corporate associate with 4–6 years' relevant experience to join a top-tier corporate practice. The role offers early responsibility on a broad range of corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A and capital markets matters.

Successful candidates will supervise due diligence, draft and negotiate acquisition and ancillary transaction documents, and help manage and close deals. The position is open to candidates based in New York, Chicago, Palo Alto or San Francisco.

4–6 years' corporate transactional experience (private equity, M&A, and/or capital markets)
Proven experience supervising due diligence and managing closings
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on acquisition and ancillary agreements
Analytical, self-starting team player able to take significant responsibility
