Join a busy Palo Alto corporate team advising technology and life‑sciences companies through formation, venture financings, exits and public listings. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility across the full company lifecycle, from early‑stage financings to IPO and public‑company reporting.

This is a hybrid, Palo Alto‑based position. You will work on a variety of transactional matters for high‑growth clients and gain broad experience in venture capital, equity capital markets and ongoing public‑company counsel.

3–4 years of transactional corporate experience (startups, venture capital, or public company work)
Experience or strong interest in VC financings, IPOs/equity capital markets and public‑company reporting
Excellent drafting, deal execution and client communication skills
J.D. and active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
