Corporate Associate — Health Care (Denver)

Seeking an entry-level corporate associate to join a nationally recognized health care practice in the Denver office of a leading Am Law 100 firm. The role focuses on sophisticated transactional matters for private equity and other financial sponsor clients, with emphasis on health care and other heavily regulated industries.

The position offers regular responsibility on M&A and other corporate transactions, work on governing documents, and collaboration with cross-office teams. The team values diligence, strong drafting, and a collaborative approach to client service.

• J.D. and admission to the Colorado bar (or ability to qualify)
• Experience on M&A and corporate transactional matters, ideally involving private equity, independent sponsors, portfolio companies or founder-owned businesses
• Experience drafting governing documents (bylaws, operating agreements, partnership agreements)
• Strong academic record, superior drafting skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
