Corporate Associate — M&A & Transactional, Seattle

Seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join a busy transactional team in the Seattle office of a well-regarded international law firm. The role involves supporting strategic transactions and financings for companies across the growth cycle, as well as general corporate matters.

Day-to-day work includes private company M&A, LLC and private-corporation matters, complex commercial contracting, and corporate governance. The team is collaborative and offers opportunities to work closely with experienced practitioners on national matters.

• 3–5 years of transactional experience (post-qualification)
• Demonstrated experience with LLCs, private company M&A, and commercial contracts
• Strong corporate governance experience
• J.D. and admission to the Washington bar (or eligibility)
• Excellent drafting, deal execution, and teamwork skills
