Private Companies Associate — Corporate (Seattle)

Growing national private companies practice seeks a 3rd–7th year associate to join its Seattle team advising early- and growth-stage technology companies and their investors. The role focuses on general corporate matters across the company lifecycle, including venture financings and liquidity transactions.

Ideal candidates will have substantial experience counseling venture-backed companies, strong transactional drafting and deal-execution skills, and prior experience in the corporate group of a national or international law firm.
