Associate — Corporate (General Application)

National law firm is inviting general applications for associates to join its corporate/transactional teams across multiple U.S. offices. Opportunities are available for lawyers who want transactional exposure across mergers & acquisitions, commercial agreements, and general corporate matters.

The role is office-based and involves drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, supporting deal execution, and collaborating with partners and other practice groups. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment and managing multiple matters under supervision.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admission to a U.S. bar or eligibility to obtain admission
• Prior transactional or corporate experience preferred
• Strong drafting, research and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively
