Current third-year law student with an anticipated graduation date of spring 2027
Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build legal skills and gain insight into client needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze complex legal issues applying legal principles and research
Timely, accurate, and well-reasoned work product
Availability during business hours, evenings, and weekends as needed
Capacity to work under pressure and manage competing demands
Ability to engage in sustained concentration and work at a computer for extended periods
Willingness to travel as required
Foster relationships and anticipate client needs
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff
Observe all firm policies and practices
