A global law firm is seeking an entry-level or junior Associate to join its Corporate Practice in its Atlanta office on a full-time basis. The role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Corporate Practice advises public and private companies, investors, entrepreneurs, and other market participants on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, serving clients of varying sizes across numerous industries nationwide.

The successful candidate will gain substantive transactional experience and take on increasing levels of responsibility as they develop within the practice, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

J.D. from an accredited law school, or anticipated J.D. prior to the start date
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated interest in corporate and transactional law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sound judgment
Demonstrated initiative and ability to take ownership of assignments
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Admission to the Georgia Bar, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted following graduation
