Corporate Associate — Madrid

We are recruiting for a mid-level corporate lawyer to join a reputable Madrid-based corporate practice. The role focuses on transactional work across corporate matters, including M&A and corporate governance, offered on a hybrid working basis.

The team advises domestic and cross-border clients on company-side transactions and routine corporate governance matters. This is an opportunity to work on a varied transactional docket within a well-established Spanish practice.

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Spain (Abogado/a).
• Practical experience on corporate transactions, M&A and corporate governance matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills; able to manage transaction workflow.
