Seeking a corporate associate to join a full-service national law firm’s Houston office to work on corporate and business transactions, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and related real estate matters.

The role involves advising companies and investors across a range of matters including entity formation, governance, corporate finance, securities compliance, commercial finance and M&A transactions. The position requires strong analytical, legal research and writing abilities and effective client-facing communication.

Bar admission in Texas.
4–7 years post-qualification experience in corporate transactional work, including M&A and related real estate transactions.
Experience with entity formation, governance, corporate finance and securities matters preferred.
Excellent legal research, drafting and communication skills; able to manage client matters and work collaboratively on deal teams.
