Corporate Associate — Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance, Orange County

We are seeking an associate (law school class years 2020–2024) to join a corporate practice focused on securities regulation and corporate governance. The role primarily supports public-company clients on governance matters, including governance issues arising in IPOs.

Work will include advising on Exchange Act disclosure and other securities regulatory matters, drafting governance-related documents, and conducting substantive legal research and writing. The team values strong academics and clear written advocacy.

• Law school class years 2020–2024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance, including governance issues in IPO processes
• Familiarity with securities regulation and Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Excellent legal writing, research skills, and strong academic credentials
