Associate Labor & Employment, Orange County

Mid-level associate role on an employer-side labor & employment team based in Orange County. The position focuses on litigation (predominantly class and representative actions), with additional work advising clients and conducting workplace investigations.

Matters include wage & hour and discrimination class actions; candidates with prior class-action litigation experience in the employment space will be especially competitive. The team is seeking someone able to hit the ground running on litigation matters and client-facing advice.

• Law school graduate in class years 2017 021 (per employer request)
• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience at a peer law firm in employment/labor litigation
• Demonstrable experience with class/collective actions, especially wage & hour or discrimination matters
• Strong litigation skills, including motions, discovery and courtroom experience; experience on internal investigations a plus
