Top-tier technology-focused firm is seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates to join its startup and venture capital practice. This role is open to candidates for Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, or Santa Monica offices and supports emerging growth companies, venture financings, and related corporate matters.

Successful candidates will have solid transactional experience advising technology and/or life sciences companies at various stages, excellent drafting and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment. In-house candidates with prior law firm experience are welcome to apply.

Minimum 3 years of corporate transactional experience (startups, venture capital, or emerging companies)
Experience or strong interest in technology and/or life sciences clients
Superior academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Barred in, or eligible to waive/sit for, the relevant state bar
M&A and/or capital markets experience a plus; prior law firm experience preferred
