Leading technology-focused corporate team is hiring mid-to-senior level associates to support emerging growth, startup and venture capital matters. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices (including Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, New York, and Los Angeles-area locations) and will work with companies from early-stage through later-stage growth and public company contexts.

Ideal candidates will handle venture financings, equity incentives, commercial arrangements and related M&A or capital markets matters for technology and life sciences clients. The position is structured as a hybrid office-based role.

Minimum of 3 years of corporate law experience with significant startup and venture capital work
Experience or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies; M&A or capital markets experience a plus
Superior academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Barred in, or eligible to sit/waive into, the jurisdiction of the applying office
Ability to provide cover letter, resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript
