Leading national technology-focused law firm seeks a fund formation associate to join a growing private investment funds team. The role concentrates on formation and ongoing counseling of venture-focused investment vehicles, including venture funds, studios, incubators/accelerators, and crypto-related funds.

The team advises investors across the lifecycle and works closely with corporate and securities practitioners. This is a U.S.-based, multi-office opportunity; candidates should be prepared to support matters across offices and time zones.

4–8 years' fund formation experience (VC/PE private investment funds focus)
Strong corporate and securities regulatory experience relevant to fund formation and fund operations
Active bar admission in the state of the office to which applying, or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam
Superior academic credentials and top-tier professional experience
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and teamwork skills; entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset
