A well-established national law firm is expanding its Delaware corporate team and seeks a Mergers & Acquisitions attorney to be based in its Wilmington office. The role involves providing Delaware corporate law advice on a broad range of transactions originating across the firm’s national and international platform.

Work will include incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, strategic partnerships, financing and complex lending matters, cross-border transactions, and private equity investments, plus counseling on fiduciary duty and other Delaware corporate governance issues.

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
Minimum 5 years of Delaware corporate experience with substantial M&A experience
Experience in a Delaware-based corporate group or in the Delaware office of a national/international firm
Delaware bar admission
Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple matters under deadline pressure
Excellent academic credentials
