A corporate practice in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking an incoming associate to join in Fall 2027 (Class of 2027). The role is within the firm's M&A/Corporate group and is open to candidates with an interest in mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as general corporate and alternative entity law matters.

The group represents and advises clients across a broad range of transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, joint ventures, and restructurings. The practice also advises clients and colleagues on Delaware law aspects of transactions, fiduciary duties, and corporate governance matters, with a particular focus on Delaware limited liability companies and limited partnerships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or entry-level candidate to develop a sophisticated corporate practice in a dynamic transactional environment.
