EGVC Attorney — Corporate (Emerging Growth & Venture Capital)

Seeking a mid-level corporate attorney to join a national emerging-growth & venture capital practice on a professional-track basis. The role focuses on representing startups, institutional investors and related parties on venture financings, M&A due diligence, and corporate governance matters. The position is fully remote and open to candidates across the United States.

The successful candidate will be expected to produce high-quality written work, manage transactions and diligence, mentor junior colleagues, and communicate effectively with clients and deal teams. This is a client-facing, transaction-oriented role with occasional travel as needed.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active U.S. bar admission
• 5–8 years of experience in emerging growth / venture capital transactions
• Experience with NVCA, SeriesSeed, Y Combinator and similar forms
• Experience negotiating preferred-stock financings, bridge financings and SAFEs; M&A due diligence experience
• Strong drafting, communication and project-management skills; ability to supervise junior lawyers
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 or similar law firm preferred
