National healthcare team seeks a commercially minded corporate/commercial lawyer with experience advising dental businesses. The role sits in a market‑recognised primary care practice that acts for dentists, dental groups, pharmacy owners and other healthcare practitioners across the lifecycle of their businesses.

Work will include corporate and commercial transactions such as practice sales, acquisitions, restructures and incorporations, shareholder and partnership arrangements, commercial contracts and strategic advisory work on growth, investment and exit planning. The team is open to senior associates ready for partnership and existing partners considering new opportunities.

Significant corporate/commercial experience advising dental clients or healthcare providers.
Practical experience in M&A-style transactions, practice sales/acquisitions, restructures or incorporations.
Experience drafting and advising on shareholder/partnership arrangements and commercial contracts.
Strong commercial judgment, sector knowledge and ability to build long‑term client relationships; open to senior associate or partner‑level candidates.
