Corporate Finance Associate - Dallas

Leading international law firm is seeking a 2nd–4th year Corporate Finance associate to join its Dallas finance team. The role focuses on leveraged and syndicated lending, acquisition financings and private credit transactions.

The associate will draft and negotiate credit agreements and ancillary loan documents, manage closing deliverables and support deal execution and client communication. The team values proactive, detail-oriented lawyers with strong drafting skills and an ability to take responsibility for substantial workstreams.

• 2–4 years’ experience in leveraged finance, syndicated credit or related banking transactions
• Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security and intercreditor documents, commitment letters and closing deliverables
• Comfort representing lenders, agents, borrowers and private equity-backed portfolio companies
• Strong drafting, commercial judgment and teamwork; admission to one or more U.S. state bars (Texas admission a plus)
