Growing global finance group seeks an associate to work on leveraged finance matters, including acquisition financings, refinancings, dividend recaps, liability management and restructuring-related financings. The role focuses on syndicated lending and private credit/direct lending matters for borrower and lead arranger clients.

Openings are available across multiple U.S. offices. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating financing documentation and leading transaction execution alongside deal teams.

Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the bar in the state of the office to which they apply. The role has a target salary range and bonus eligibility; compensation varies by office and candidate experience.

Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending
Experience representing borrowers or lead arrangers; sponsor finance/LBO experience preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on financing documents
Admission or eligibility to be admitted to the bar in the hiring office's state
