Senior Associate — Leveraged Finance / Private Credit, Dallas

Opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a national Finance & Financial Services group in Dallas focusing on leveraged finance and private credit. The role involves leading complex sponsor-backed acquisition financings, multi-lender and unitranche structures, mezzanine and subordinated financings, and liability-management and amendment transactions.

You will work directly with lenders, funds and counterparties, take ownership of deal execution from documentation through closing, and handle cross-border and multi-currency matters in a fast-paced transactional environment.

• 5–7 years' leveraged finance / private credit transactional experience
• Experience representing banks, private credit funds, BDCs or non-bank lenders on sponsor-backed financings
• Comfort with multi-lender/syndicated facilities, unitranche/FOL structures, senior/mezzanine facilities and intercreditor mechanics
• Strong drafting, negotiation skills and ability to drive deals to closing
