Top-tier global law firm seeking a 2nd–4th year associate to join its Corporate Finance team in Houston. The role focuses on syndicated and private credit transactions and offers exposure to representation of administrative agents, lenders and borrowers on complex financing matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating credit agreements and ancillary documents, preparing closing deliverables, and managing deal workflow and client communications. Candidates who have worked with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies will be well positioned.

2–4 years' experience in finance/lending transactions (syndicated loans, acquisition finance, private credit)
Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security and intercreditor agreements, term sheets and closing deliverables
Demonstrated deal-management, client-facing and strong drafting skills
Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required; Texas bar admission a plus
