Corporate Finance Associate — New York

Seeking an associate to join a major international corporate finance team in New York focused on private credit and syndicated debt transactions. The role involves working on acquisition financings, liability management and special situations alongside a senior deal team.

Candidates should be comfortable representing borrowers and/or lenders across leveraged and sponsor-backed financings. The team handles complex financings for private equity clients and other sophisticated borrowers.

• Experience in private credit and syndicated debt finance.
• Exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management, or special situations finance.
• Comfort representing borrowers and/or lenders on leveraged or sponsor-backed financings.
• Qualified between class years 2017 and 2022 (or equivalent experience).
