Corporate Finance Associate — Palo Alto

Seeking a corporate finance associate to join a busy Palo Alto office. The role focuses on borrower/issuer-side work across debt capital markets and commercial finance, supporting single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, venture lending, leveraged buyouts, and offerings of convertible, high‑yield and investment‑grade notes as well as other structured financing transactions.

The group is team‑oriented and fast‑paced; the role offers regular client-facing responsibilities and collaborative deal execution across financing matters.

• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in debt capital markets and/or commercial finance
