Top-tier national practice is hiring a Finance associate to join its Venture & Growth subgroup across multiple U.S. offices (New York and California markets). The role focuses on lender-side commercial finance matters, including loans to technology, life sciences and middle-market companies.

Associates will handle transaction work from drafting and negotiation through closing, perform legal research and writing, work directly with internal teams and external lenders, and participate in high-level deal activities. The position is hybrid with a regular in‑office presence and requires admission in the hiring jurisdiction.

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the hiring jurisdiction
Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience on the lender side of commercial finance
Prefer experience representing banks and/or private credit funds on tech, life sciences, or middle‑market loans
Strong drafting, legal research, negotiation, and client‑management skills; ability to work collaboratively and manage competing demands
