Finance Associate (Junior-Level) – Structured Finance

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a junior associate to join its structured finance practice in New York. The role involves supporting a rapidly growing practice focused on collateralized loan obligations and other structured finance transactions, with opportunities to represent investment banks and asset managers.

Ideal candidates will have one to two years of general finance experience, strong academic credentials, and a demonstrated interest in CLO and structured finance work. Prior experience representing financial institutions or asset managers in structured finance matters is preferred but not required.
