Corporate Funds Associate — Tampa

National-caliber private funds practice seeking a corporate associate to join its Tampa office. The role will focus on fund formation and other investment-management matters within a busy corporate team.

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or investment management/funds work
• Graduated in the top 10% of class from a nationally recognized law school (as noted by the firm)
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills; able to work independently and as part of a team
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission in the near term
