Senior corporate associate role in a large international firm's Belfast centre, supporting multijurisdictional transactional work. The post involves advising on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, cross-border transactions and securities-related work.

You will work on high-value, complex deals as part of project teams across multiple jurisdictions, leading drafting, due diligence and coordination tasks. The role also involves contributing to process improvement and working with legal project managers and legal tech colleagues to deliver efficient client service.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
Demonstrable corporate transactional experience (M&A, cross-border and/or securities)
Experience drafting corporate documentation, managing large-scale due diligence and producing diligence reports
Strong commercial awareness, excellent drafting and organisational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Confident working in multijurisdictional project teams; good interpersonal and client-service orientation
Proficient with Microsoft Office and online legal research tools
