Reorganisations & Cross‑Border Transactions Lawyer — Belfast

Join a global corporate team to work on reorganisations, integrations, corporate and securities transactions and other multijurisdictional, cross‑border projects. You will advise on complex, high‑value matters, often acting as a local or regional coordinator within project teams.

The role involves close collaboration with multiple practice areas, legal project managers and legal‑tech colleagues across international offices, contributing both to client matters and to internal efficiency and knowledge initiatives.

• Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
• Proven corporate transactional experience (reorganisations, integrations, M&A and securities work)
• Strong drafting, document review and commercial‑risk advisory skills
• Excellent communication, organisation and teamworking abilities; client‑focussed and able to work to tight deadlines
• Comfortable working with legal project managers and legal‑tech tools; competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
