We are seeking an experienced corporate solicitor to join a global firm's Belfast office on a hybrid basis. The role involves advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, frequently multijurisdictional and complex, and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will work with cross-practice project teams on M&A, cross-border transactions, reorganisations and related corporate matters, supporting large due diligence projects and acting as a local or regional coordinator on global deals. There will also be opportunities to contribute to process improvement, legal project initiatives and legal‑tech enabled workflows.

Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales.
Proven corporate transactional experience, including drafting corporate documentation and managing large due diligence exercises.
Ability to work on multijurisdictional matters and coordinate with colleagues across offices.
Strong commercial awareness, excellent drafting and organisation skills, and client‑focused mindset.
Effective communicator and team player who can also work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and online legal research tools.
