Seeking an associate to join a national corporate practice focused on life sciences transactional work. The role supports biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device clients on licensing, collaboration, supply and other commercial agreements.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements, conducting legal research and analysis, supporting transaction management, and participating in client calls and negotiations. The position is open to candidates based in the firm’s Philadelphia or Washington, D.C. offices and will operate on a hybrid schedule.

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Pennsylvania or Washington, D.C.
3–4 years of corporate transactional experience with significant exposure to life sciences matters (biotech, pharma, or medical device).
Proven experience drafting and negotiating license agreements, collaboration agreements, supply agreements, and related commercial contracts.
Strong research, writing, analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage transactions and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
