Corporate M&A Associate — Miami

Top-tier international firm seeks a mid-level Corporate M&A associate to join its Miami corporate practice. The role focuses on public and private M&A, including private equity transactions, with substantial responsibility on deal execution and client work.

You will draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and ancillary documents, lead due diligence teams, manage transactions from inception through closing, and assist with corporate governance matters. The team values strong writing, commercial judgment, and the ability to train and supervise junior lawyers.

• Approximately 4 years of post-qualification transactional experience, with solid public and private M&A and private equity exposure
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and related transactional documents
• Proven ability to lead due diligence and manage transactions from inception to closing
• Background in general corporate and corporate governance matters
• Strong academic record and excellent writing and interpersonal skills
• Able to work collaboratively across practice areas and mentor junior associates
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission
