Seeking a 2–3 year associate to join a market-leading M&A and private equity practice. The role involves active deal work on buy‑ and sell‑side transactions and close collaboration with senior lawyers and clients in a fast‑paced environment.

Positions are available in multiple U.S. offices (Miami, New York, Orange County/Irvine, and San Francisco); candidates should be able to work from and be admitted in the state of their chosen office. The team offers structured training, mentoring, and opportunities to work on high‑visibility corporate matters.

2–3 years of transactional experience at a law firm, with a focus on M&A and/or private equity
J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials
Membership in the state bar of the office where the candidate will be based (required)
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively and manage deal deadlines
