Seeking a 2nd–4th year associate to join a national real estate practice with opportunities across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on commercial real estate and real estate financing matters involving assets such as mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hotels and resorts.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, property management agreements and related instruments. Candidates will work directly with partners and clients in a collaborative, team-based environment; real estate development and joint venture experience is a plus.

Applicants must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be (or be able to become) an active, good-standing member of the bar in the hiring jurisdiction.

2–4 years of real estate transactional experience (commercial real estate and financing)
Proven experience drafting and negotiating purchase/sale agreements, leases, loan agreements and related real estate documents
JD from an ABA‑accredited law school and active/good‑standing bar membership (timely admission to bar of hire office required)
Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work directly with partners and clients
Experience with real estate development and joint ventures a plus
