Civil Litigation Associate

Role overview: Our client, a national law firm, seeks a Civil Litigation Associate with 5–8 years of experience to join its Minneapolis office. The role sits within the firm's Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit, focusing on mass tort and product liability matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions.
• Manage cases autonomously while maintaining close client communication.
• Develop and articulate case strategies and courses of action.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas and business units.

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota bar license, or commitment to obtain one promptly; additional licensure in California, Florida, or Texas is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to community and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Compensation & benefits: Competitive salary range of $230,000–$270,000 (commensurate with experience), plus eligibility for performance and client development bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
