Real Estate Associate — Minneapolis

Growing real estate team seeks a commercial real estate associate with 2–5 years of transactional experience to join its Minneapolis office. The role involves handling acquisitions, development, financing, leasing and dispositions across a mix of developer, owner, investor and lender matters.

The team values strong writing and analytical ability, practical problem-solving, and a collaborative approach. Candidates should be admitted to the Minnesota Bar or eligible for waiver.

• 2–5 years commercial real estate transactional experience
• Experience with acquisitions, development, financing, leasing and sales for developers, owners, investors and/or lenders
• Strong writing, analytical skills and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Admitted to the Minnesota Bar or eligible for waiver
