A growing real estate practice in Minneapolis seeks a highly motivated associate with two to five years of commercial real estate transactional experience. The role involves working with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and lenders on the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate.

The ideal candidate will bring strong writing and analytical skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. A practical, solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed are essential.

Candidates should be admitted in good standing or eligible for waiver by admission to the Minnesota Bar.

2–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
Experience representing developers, owners, investors, and/or lenders in acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale transactions
Strong writing and analytical skills
Excellent academic credentials
Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
Admitted in good standing or eligible for waiver by admission to the Minnesota Bar
