Experienced corporate finance associate role in a national finance practice group. The position involves advising on a range of lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers, including broadly syndicated facilities, acquisition financings and private credit arrangements.

Successful candidates will take significant responsibility for drafting and negotiating credit documentation, managing closings and interacting directly with clients and deal teams. 3-6 years' experience in finance/corporate transactions (mid-level associate)
Proven lender and borrower representation experience, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and private credit
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with experience preparing credit agreements, security documents, commitment letters and closing deliverables
Experience representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies is beneficial
Ability to manage transactions, work directly with clients and function effectively in a team-oriented environment
Admission to one or more U.S. state bars required
