Leveraged Finance Associate – London

Join a London-based leveraged finance team advising on lending and leveraged-finance matters across corporate clients and financial institutions. The role offers exposure to a broad range of leveraged and lending transactions and day-to-day deal work within a collaborative team.

The team operates a hybrid working approach (approximately 60% in-office) and emphasises inclusive, supportive career development and practical training for associates.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on transactions, develop drafting and negotiating skills, and contribute to client-focused solutions across the practice.

• Demonstrable experience in leveraged finance and lending transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial advisory skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (c.60% in-office)
• Ability to manage deal workload and collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams
