Seeking a 5th–8th year associate to join a national real estate practice. This role is open across multiple U.S. offices and offers significant partner and client-facing responsibility on commercial real estate and financing matters.

Work will focus on drafting, negotiating, and managing documents for commercial property transactions and financings, including purchases and sales, leases, loan documents, easements, development agreements, and property management agreements. Experience with real estate development and joint ventures is preferred.

5–8 years of real estate transactional experience (commercial real estate and financing)
Substantial experience drafting and negotiating purchase & sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and related documents
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in jurisdiction(s) of practice; timely admission as required
Strong writing, communication, and project-management skills; client-facing experience
Experience in real estate development and joint venture work preferred; collaborative and mentoring mindset
