Financial Restructuring Associate — Bankruptcy

Leading international law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate for its financial restructuring practice. The role sits across multiple offices and will handle restructuring and insolvency matters for a range of creditor and debtor-side situations.

Work will involve distressed-debt matters, creditors' rights issues and related bankruptcy proceedings. The team offers cross-office collaboration on complex restructurings and exposure to restructuring litigation and transactional work.

• Junior to mid-level associate with relevant restructuring or bankruptcy experience
• Experience advising on distressed-debt and creditors' rights matters
• Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
• Able to work collaboratively across offices and manage client-facing matters
